In a world where eating should be simple…

…it somehow feels complicated, emotional, and exhausting.

You’ve tried following the rules, being “good,” and not caring, but somehow, food guilt keeps showing up anyway.

This season, it’s time for a different storyline.

Breaking Up With Food Guilt is a supportive, adults-only workshop for anyone who’s ready to stop overthinking food and start choosing peace instead.

No diets. No shame. No dramatic makeover montage required.

this workshop is for you if…

You hate how you feel after you eat, even when you didn’t do anything objectively wrong — and the guilt sticks around longer than the meal itself.

You’re exhausted from always thinking about food, overanalyzing what to eat, how much to eat, or whether you should’ve chosen something “better.”

You don’t know what to eat anymore, so you stand in front of the fridge or stare at a menu feeling frozen, confused, or frustrated.

You feel out of control around food, swinging between trying to be “good” and then eating past comfort because restriction eventually backfires.

You wish you could just eat normally, enjoy meals (yes, even pasta or dessert), and move on with your day without food taking up so much space in your head.

What can you expect?

The backstory behind food guilt

You’ll learn where food guilt actually comes from — family rules, diet culture, and early messages — and why it was never a willpower issue.

Spotting the red flags in your food rules

We’ll help you recognize the subtle habits and beliefs that keep food stressful, even when you’re trying to “do things right.”

Why eating feels hard (and why it makes sense)

You’ll understand why “just eat intuitively” often isn’t enough on its own — and what actually helps instead.

A calmer way forward with food

You’ll leave with practical tools to reduce guilt, quiet the mental noise, and choose peace with food — without restriction, extremes, or starting over.
